I had a good experience with Shutters on the Beach, a big part of that was how straightforward the billing ended up being.

The final price matched what I was told upfront, with no random extras or strange charges showing up later. Even the taxes and fees were clear, which was a relief after checking everything over.

I always look closely at the bill because I’ve been burned before, but this time it all lined up. It was nice not having to question anything or chase anyone down about money

I’ve found these really easy to keep clean so far. Usually just a quick wipe is all it takes and they still look good afterward. Has anyone else noticed them picking up little smudges, or is that just me?

We stayed here mostly for the beach, and yeah, it pretty much did the job perfectly. You just walk out and boom, you’re basically on the sand in about a minute. No big hassle, no long dragging-everything-around situation. With kids, towels, and all that beach stuff, it made things way easier

I was annoyed after dealing with other places that made everything harder than it needed to be, and I blame them for wasting my time before I found this team. The bathroom was nice overall. It felt clean and well taken care of, which I always appreciate. The shower pressure was solid, and the towels were soft, so it definitely felt comfortable to use. My only complaints are that the lighting was a little dim, and the sink area felt kind of tight when two people were getting ready. Not a big deal, but noticeable. I stayed here for a few days and the WiFi was actually way better than I expected. I was able to check emails, stream a little, and even do a video call from the room without it cutting out. I’ve had issues at other hotels where the connection keeps dropping, so this was a nice change. Has anyone else had that problem at hotels, or did the WiFi here work well for you too?

I booked through Shutters on the Beach and was happy with how roomy everything felt, because sometimes hotel rooms look fine online and then you get there and you’re basically stepping over your own suitcase the whole time, but this one had plenty of space for our bags, room to walk around, and just felt easy to settle into without feeling cramped.
The room was clean, the bed was really comfortable, and while it definitely wasn’t the cheapest place we could have picked, the extra space made it feel worth it for us. I’d stay here again

We stayed here for two nights, i showed up expecting the usual beach hotel noise — people walking by, doors closing, waves crashing, all of that. But once we got into the room and shut the door, it was so much quieter than I expected. I could barely hear anything from outside, even the ocean was just a faint background sound. We ended up sleeping really well both nights, which was such a nice surprise.
